My yoga classes begin with an invitation to move inward, followed by gentle warm up movements (pratapana) and they finish with deep relaxation. They also often include the practice of kirtan.
The heart of each class is the exploration of a variety of creatively sequenced postures and movement woven together by breath awareness.
This practice develops attunement to the movement of prana (life force).
With Space Clearing and Clutter Clearing we work with the physical space in which we live and we begin to see how it can impact our emotional state, mental state, & physical state.
Yoga is also a practice of clearing stagnation or stuckness in our body and minds, helping us to open more fully to life.
